Petland is a national chain that sells puppies, kittens, birds, and small animals. It is reprehensible for pet stores to contribute to the overpopulation crisis, which affects all companion animals, and this indefensible and unscrupulous practice is a more than sufficient cause for action. But Petland has really outdone itself this time. PETA has obtained video footage of baby mice and rats being frozen alive so that they can be sold as snake food at at the Petland store located at 9404-A Main St. in Fairfax, Virginia…
